We are excited to be celebrating at Worcester College. This was Ollie's graduate college and we are very lucky to be having one of only four weddings they host each year.
All events will take place within the college grounds, making use of the Chapel, Dining Hall and Cellar Bar.

The venue is a 10 minute walk from Oxford Railway Station and a 2 minute walk from Oxford Bus Station.
Car
There is no parking available on site. Oxford is served by multiple car parks and Park & Ride. Traffic is notoriously busy in Oxford so plan accordingly.
Taxis
There are taxi ranks at Oxford Railway Station, Gloucester Green Bus Station and by Carfax Tower/High Street. Uber is available, as well as local taxi companies (with apps):

There is no room block available at the venue. We have a small room block at the Courtyard by Marriott (6min walk to the venue). You can book via our event link for Friday 17 April and/or Saturday 18 April.

More affordable hotels in Oxford are the Premier Inn, Cowley (15min drive to the venue) and the EasyHotel, Summertown (7min drive to the venue).
Botley Road is currently closed and is not scheduled to reopen until August 2026. Journeys from Botley into the city centre are surprisingly long as a result, so it's something to take into account when choosing where to stay.
The Oxford Tube runs 24/7 between Oxford and London if you'd prefer a late night coach!

What should I wear?
Cocktail attire is suggested, but please feel free to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. We'd rather you take an inch off your heels and join us on the dance floor.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 13:30. Please arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony.
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
No thanks!Many events throughout the day are once in a lifetime and we would love for you to live them in the moment with us!Our fabulous photographer has assured us that his camera equipment is better than your smartphones and he will be taking photos throughout. We will make sure that everyone has access to the digital photo copies after the event.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 1 December 2025.
Will any events be outside?
The entire event will be either indoors or under cover, as we can't rely on British weather in April... All events are at the same venue so there is no travel between the ceremony and reception.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Your invitation will make it clear as to whether you can bring a plus-one.
Can you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes, of course. Please let us know via the RSVP form. We will not force you all to be vegan.
Who is in the Wedding Party?
We are blessed to have Zoe Yerolemou as Maid of Honour, and Tom and James Vipond as best men. Bother them with all of your questions on the day1
